DESTINATIONS COVERED:
This incredible tour will take you to Ol Pejeta Private Conservancy for a chance to interact with the endangered rhino species as well as a chance to visit the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a very interactive and fun sanctuary. From here, we will take you across the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park home of the rhinos and flamingoes, and finalize your main highlight of the safari at the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve for an amazing safari of your lifetime.
On arrival at the airport, one of our office representatives will meet you outside the customs and immigration halls and give you clear and detailed information about your 6-day incredible tour. Thereafter, you will be driven to the Northern part of Kenya towards the cool slopes of Mt. Kenya. You will enjoy the sight of the rich agricultural plantations of the central highlands of Kenya. You will arrive at your camp in time for lunch. You will have an afternoon game drive. In the evening, you will return for dinner and an overnight stay.
You will depart after breakfast and be driven to Aberdare National Park which is a short distance within the Aberdare ranges. On arrival, you will check in at the base of the Ark Hotel, the Aberdare Country Club followed by lunch. Later, you will transfer to the Ark Lodge (carry lightweight bags only). You will spend the afternoon viewing animals from the decks. The ark lodge resembles Noah’s Ark and it overlooks a floodlit waterhole and saltlick which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. Thereafter, your dinner will be served.
After breakfast, you will be driven towards the Great Rift Valley. You will arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch. After your lunch, you will relax at the lodge. At 4:00 pm, you will begin your game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is a world-class bird-watching safari destination and is fondly referred to as the bird watcher’s paradise. The park has more than 25 black rhinoceros plus around 70 white rhinos. There are also several Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, lions, cheetahs, and leopards. The park has also been a paradise for the lesser and greater flamingoes. When the sun sets, you will return to your lodge for your dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. You will have en-route game drives to your hotel, enjoying the beautiful scenery. Masai Mara is famous for its high concentration of big cats and its annual migration of millions of wildebeests between July to October. You will arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive. Spotting lions, cheetahs, and other spectacular predators will be the highlight of your day (if luck is on your side). This evening, you will enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your camp.
On this day, you can choose to go on a full-day game drive in the Mara with a picnic lunch or morning and afternoon game drives. Between the game drives, an optional visit (payments direct) to the local Masai Village will be conducted. The trees in the distance might turn out to be a family of giraffes. Those clumps of bushes a pride of lions, and the rock that moves a rhino lumbering out of your way. With diligence and some luck, you may encounter a family of cheetahs or a herd of elephants crossing the path in front of you. Large animals are not the only entertainment — a family of warthogs may amuse you, running as fast as their little legs will carry them until they forget why they are rushing and stop to regroup. Later, you will return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
This is the very last day of your incredible safari, you will depart from Masai Mara after having your delicious breakfast and your packed lunch and be driven to Nairobi and dropped off at the airport or the hotel of your choice.

Common Questions
- Is it safe to go on a Kenya safari?
Yes, Kenya is a safe safari destination. Wildlife parks and reserves are well-managed, and safaris are conducted by experienced guides who prioritize safety. Lodges and camps have security measures in place, and following your guide’s instructions ensures a smooth and secure experience.
- What can I expect on a Kenya safari?
Expect early morning and late afternoon game drives, incredible wildlife sightings, and stays in comfortable lodges or luxury tented camps. Days typically start before sunrise with a game drive, followed by breakfast, relaxation, and another game drive in the afternoon.
- What types of accommodation are available?
Kenya offers a range of accommodations, from budget camps to mid-range lodges and luxury tented camps. Most lodges are inside or near national parks, offering stunning views and direct access to wildlife.
- What meals are included?
Most safari packages include full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Expect a mix of local and international cuisine, with fresh ingredients and dietary accommodations available upon request.
- How do game drives work?
Game drives take place in 4×4 safari vehicles with an expert guide. Morning drives start early when animals are most active, and afternoon drives offer golden-hour photography opportunities. Full-day game drives with picnic lunches are also an option.
- What should I pack for a Kenya safari?
Essentials include lightweight neutral-colored clothing, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, binoculars, a camera, and a light jacket for chilly mornings and evenings.
- When is the best time to visit Kenya for a safari?
July to October is the peak season, coinciding with the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara. November to March offers fewer crowds, while April to June is the green season, with lush landscapes and great value.
